INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE CLEANING autoclave using Powder "CHAMBER BRITE"

CHAMBER BRITE - cleaning powder is developed specifically for the cleaning and descaling oxides and other deposits in the autoclave chamber. Main components of the powder: acid salt and additional cleaning materials.

Cleaning Procedure:

1. Important! - all stages of the procedure should be carried out without interruption!

2. When the autoclave chamber is cold, remove the tools and supports.

3. Open the door and pour the contents of the sachet longitudinal line in the direction of the bottom chamber from back to front.

4 to start a sterilization cycle No.1, according to user instructions. When the cycle is complete, start depressurization step.

5. Upon completion of depressurization step, drain water from the tank.

6. Fill the tank with distilled water.

7. Repeat sterilization cycle without detergent to remove remaining contamination in the pipes. After the run, run the depressurization step.

8. Upon completion of depressurization step, drain the water from the reservoir.

9. Turn off the autoclave and let cool chamber.

10. Remove the holder supports and wipe the inner surface of the chamber with a damp cloth.

11. Fill the tank with distilled water.

12. Press the button to manually feed water and fill small amount of water (2-4 ounces, 50-100 g) chamber. Remove water from the chamber.

13. Autoclave ready for operation.

Important: DO NOT sterilize instruments during the cleaning process !!!

A warning:

Keep away from children. It contains moderately acidic ingredients. Avoid contact with skin, eyes or clothing. After working with the powder, wash your hands. In the case of eye, rinse under running water for at least 15 minutes. If irritation, consult a doctor. If you accidentally inhale the powder, do not induce vomiting, drink plenty of water and seek medical attention.
