Description:
The pendular poppet with pneumatic raising of a hammer of the MK-300 series and a microprocessor operator console is developed and is made taking into account requirements of GOST and ASTM. It is intended for carrying out physicomechanical tests of materials for impact strength according to method of Sharpi. Has to be established on the special base or on the basis exceeding weight a copra several times.
Rise and return of a pendulum to extreme top situation for fixing of the set corner of charging of a pendulum is carried out automatically by means of the lifting pneumatic device. Results of tests are fixed both on an analog scale, and on a microprocessor operator console.
The pendular poppet of MK-300 can be used in laboratories of many industrial enterprises and educational institutions. Certificate of GOSSTANDART of RUSSIA No. 34071.
The system of a microprocessor operator console allows:
- To carry out tests of materials for impact strength in the automatic mode to destruction of a sample according to method of Sharpi taking into account requirements of GOST and ASTM
- To program test parameters in the dialogue mode and to provide mathematical processing of results of test
- To bring protocols of results of tests in the form of tables to the display of an operator console and the laser printer, and also to keep test reports
- To connect the computer with the specialized software for the analysis of shock characteristics of test
