The pneumopunch reversive IP4603A represents the device allowing to mechanize a well driving in soil and clogging of steel pipes in soil generally at bestransheyny laying of underground communications.

The driving of wells and clogging of pipes is carried out due to deformation (consolidation) of soil in the parties from an axis of a well (pipe). The zone of almost notable deformations of soil does not exceed five diameters of a well (pipe). Well driving accuracy (clogging of a pipe) depends on aiming accuracy at launch of the device and properties of soil. After introduction of the car (pipe) in soil adjustment is impossible. The pneumopunch of IP4603A works from a stationary or mobile source of air.

The pneumopunch is intended for punching of through and deaf horizontal, inclined and vertical wells of Ø130мм and through wells of Ø200мм (with application of a dilator) in the condensed soil, and also for clogging in soil or previously punched well of steel pipes with an internal diameter of 100 - 120 mm. The IP4603AM model has an opportunity to tighten the polyethylene pipe Ø110мм by means of a nut for a broach of pipes at a simultaneous driving of a well.

Also it is used for knocking-out from soil of pipes with an internal diameter from 40 mm to 120 mm, drawings of pipes, formations in soil of asbotsementny and concrete pipelines, concrete and reinforced concrete piles, loosening of packed bulk materials, deep consolidation of bulk and sedimentary soil. The wells passed by a pneumopunch are used for laying in them of casings and different communications (cable, pipeline i.t.p.).

Application of a pneumopunch at the device of communication transitions is especially effective under automobile and the railroads, in territories of the operating enterprises, in zones of green plantings, etc.
