The pneumopunch reversive IP4605A represents the pneumatic machine of shock action working from a stationary or mobile source of compressed air. Use of a pneumopunch gives the chance to mechanize a driving of wells in soil generally at bestransheyny laying of underground communications.

The driving of wells is carried out due to deformation (consolidation) of soil in the parties from a well axis. The zone of almost notable deformations of soil does not exceed five diameters of a well.

Accuracy of a driving of a well is defined by aiming accuracy at start and properties of soil. After introduction in soil the pnevmopoboynik does not give in to adjustment.

The pneumopunch is intended for punching of through and deaf horizontal and inclined wells of Ø95мм, through horizontal and inclined wells of Ø180мм (with application of a dilator) in the condensed soil.

The wells passed by a pneumopunch are used for laying in them of casings and different communications (cable, pipeline i.t.p.).

Application of a pneumopunch at the device of communication transitions under a car is especially effective - and the railroads, in the territory of the operating enterprises, in zones of plantings, etc.

Application restriction
When using the IP4605A car for work in the soil containing boulders with a diameter more than 150 mm, emptiness more than 0,5 m in size, the remains of building constructions and other obstacles, quality of performance of work is not guaranteed.
The IP4605A car is not intended for work in rocky and frozen soil.
It is not recommended to pass wells in loose and liquid soil. In such soil it is necessary to hammer steel pipes.
It is not recommended to work at a temperature of air lower than 0 and above +45os.
At the ambient temperature from +5 to 0 os and high humidity it is necessary to apply a moisture separator.
