Product structure and delivery set
The sampler consists of the following main assembly units: a frame, a carriage, a lowering and raising mechanism, four samplers, a pneumatic system, a sample collector and electrical equipment.
The delivery set of the product includes a disassembled sampler according to the delivery set, passport and operation manual.
The principle of operation of the pneumatic sampler.
The principle of operation of the sampler is as follows. When the "Down" drive button is turned on, the fan is turned on in automatic mode and the carriage with the samplers moves down, the grain enters the inner tubes of the samplers, is transported by the air flow through the pneumatic system to the cyclone and then is poured into the sample collector. Having reached the bottom of the body, the drive switches to reverse and the carriage automatically returns to its original position. Next, a glass with a grain sample is removed from the sample collector. The grain is poured into laboratory glassware and, after placing the beaker in place, the sampler is ready for a new sampling cycle.
