Description
The Ploskoshlifovalny DISKUS machine with a rotary table and the mobile, vertically located spindle.
This type of machines is continuation of the DS series. It replaces the DSR series machines familiar for decades. The frame design, a welded bed of the machine is used in DS series machines as "pick-up the machine". The design provides two vertically located the motor spindles, established on a support that allows to have a spindle according to requirements to a working zone.
Working surfaces of a grinding wheel are directed down. The rotary table for installation of preparations in tightening adaptation settles down on a bed below a grinding wheel. The distributive case fastens to back part of a bed of the machine. The rack with ChPU SIEMENS 840D, is used for control of the machine.
The special devices of clips, magnetic plates directing prisms and tightening cartridges can be used for grinding of various details. The machine for multistage grinding from one or two parties. Grinding and cleaning of agnails can be carried out in one cycle. This circumstance does the machine ideal for processing of symmetric and asymmetric details, identical thickness and different and-level details with various thickness.

In this process of grinding, preparation are guided under a grinding wheel by means of a transport washer. Cut-in grinding is carried out separately for each couple of processed details.
