New type of cutting panels with test plates. Such placement of plates allows to reduce flows of paint at edges. On plates there is no trace left from a suspension bracket since the panel with plates is veiled through openings in the panel to dia. 4 mm, but are not veiled test plates. The panel can be suspended both vertically, and it is horizontal.
The BOX panel is protected by a polyester film from the working party which passed preliminary processing of a surface according to requirements to this material (steel or aluminum). The working surface of the panel easily is defined after removal of a protective film, thanks to the rounded right upper edge of the panel.
The film easily is removed after suspension of the panel.
This product conforms to requirements of standards: Qualicoat, GSB, QIB and ISO.
The KOP panels are made in 3 various executions: 2, 4 or 8 pieces of plates in the panel.
Other sizes of plates and configuration of panels are delivered on demand.
