EVER SEAL
Acrylic Reinforced Cementitious, Flexible Water Proof
Coating.
Description:
Ever Seal is a two component acrylic polymer
Cementitious elastomeric water proofing coating,
especially designed for basements, water retaining and
water excluding structures. Ever Seal can be applied by
brush or spray.
Usage:
 Basement Water Proofing.
 Over head and under ground water tanks water
proofing.
 Potable water reservoirs water proofing.
 Water conduit water proofing.
 Water channels water proofing.
 Ducts water proofing.
 Roof water proofing.
Advantages:
 Protects atmospherically exposed reinforced
concrete by Carbon dioxide, Chloride ions and
water.
 Withstands high positive and negative
hydrostatic pressure.
 Excellent UV resistance.
 Excellent bond to masonry and concrete
surfaces.

POT LIFE: 45 min @ 30º C
COLOUR: Grey.
TENSILE STRENGTH: 3.75 N/mm²
FLEXURAL STRENGTH: 11 N/mm²
Chemical Resistance:
Ever Seal has outstanding wear and weather resistance,
and good resistance to gasoline, diesel oil, Sodium
hydro Oxide, Calcium Chloride, De-icing salts Ever Seal
Coated surfaces exhibits good resistance to mild acids.
Application Method:
All surfaces should be clean and free from
contaminations such as oil, grease, loose concrete
particles, laitance traces of chemical compounds etc.
All surfaces should be pre soaked prior to the
application of Ever Seal.
Mixing:
Pour the Ever Seal liquid from plastic can into a metal
bucket and add Ever Seal powder gradually into the
liquid to avoid lumps formation, mix the material for 2 -
5 minutes.
Apply the mix material as early as possible, keep on
mixing during the application.
Application:
Apply the mixed material on damped surface by short
stiff brush at the rate of 1.85 Kg/m² for two coats at
1mm thickness.
Composition:
Ever Seal is composed of specially selected cements,
silica sand and reactive fillers supplied in powder form
together with a liquid component of blended acrylic co
polymers and wetting agents.
Effect of Water Pressure:
Ever Seal provides a protective water proof coating.
When tested to DIN 1048 Ever Seal has shown to resist
the water pressure of 7 bars (70 meters head)
Precautions, Health & Safety:
Ever Seal does not fall in the hazard classification of
current regulations. However, it should not be
swallowed or allowed to come in contact with skin and
eyes. Wear suitable protective gloves and goggles. In
case of contact with skin, wash immediately with soap
and water. In case of contact with eyes wash with
plenty of water and seek medical advice. If swallowed
seek medical attention immediately, do not induce
vomiting.
