Refrigerated trucks

Our reliable insulated vehicle bodies are based on proven and well researched technology and construction techniques.The average refrigerated body consists of six individually insulated panels i.e. minimum amount of pieces which are reinforced to give maximum strength and durability. All corners and edges are protected by specially extruded attractive aluminium profiles.Temperatures can range from +15°C to -30°C.

Rigid polyurethane sectional wall, roof & floor elements are built in single spans up to 7 meters and to size and type of chassis of vehicle. The monolithic sandwich construction of these elements is a result of injecting rigid polyurethane foam at high density between two metal clads (standard is plastisol (FVC) coated Gl sheets or according choice of the customer).

Truck bodies are available to suit pickups, trucks, trailers and semi-trailers (up to 40ft long). Furthermore, the condensing/evaporator units is prelocated in the front wall element by providing a thoroughly reinforced and weather-sealed opening (dimension to specification if not supplied by ANISONS) ready to fit and secure unit in place. Assembly is completed upon connecting to own fuel tank and starting battery.
