Mango pulp

Mango pulp requires numerous processing stages.

1st-Sorting: Mangoes are sorted before putting for washing.

1st-Washing: Fully ripened, firm and sound mangoes are first washed in washer for elimination of mud, stems, leaves and other foreign particles.

2nd-Sorting: After washing mangoes are again sorted on the sorting conveyor where decayed and black parts are trimmed off with the sharp knives.

2nd-Washing: Sorted mangoes then pass through a brusher, where rotating nylon brushes remove all external impurities and at the same time shower washing makes mangoes perfectly clean.

Destoning: By means of an elevator, mangoes are fed into the destoner for the separation of peels and stones.
