Description
The Abat PEP - 4 pizza oven is used at public catering and trade establishments for baking pizza and bakery products. The model is equipped with thermometers to display the actual oven temperature.
The cladding is made of stainless steel AISI 304, the side and rear walls are powder - coated, the inner surface is made of enameled metal, the oven is made of galvanized sheet 1.5 mm thick, the heating elements are made of stainless steel.
