Installation compressor electrodriving EPKU 1,3/12 - 500 is intended for production of compressed air with excessive pressure to ___ to MPa (____ in kgf/cm2) and supply of pneumatic tools, mechanisms and other consumers of compressed air with it.
IN ACCORDANCE WITH GOST 15150 - 69 installations correspond to category of placement at operation 2 and to a climatic modification At.

ADVANTAGE
The EPKU 1,3/12 - 500 piston compressor it is intended for production of compressed air with excessive pressure to 1,2 MPas (12 kgfs/cm2) and supply of pneumatic tools, mechanisms and other consumers of compressed air with it.
The compressor of piston EPKU 1,3/12 - 500 is two - level piston cars on a receiver. Compression of air in two stages, with selection of heat between steps, gives to the compressor a number of advantages:
- Lower frequency of rotation of the crankshaft reduces wear of piston group and considerably prolongs compressor service life.
- Selection of heat between steps allows to lower energy consumption on compression and reduces heating of all compressor.
- Operating mode of PV, 100% . The compressor can work without interruption 24 hours a day. At the one - stage piston compressor the coefficient of work is equal to 0,6. It means that the compressor has to 40% of working hours "have a rest" (to be cooled), respectively productivity of the compressor is selected 40% above consumption. At the EPKU compressor the coefficient of work is equal to 1. It allows to use the compressor with a smaller stock of productivity.
- Large volume of a receiver. At an air consumption variable (an airbrush, the pneumotool, pneumatic actuators) allows to use the compressor of smaller productivity and on more favorable modes.
- The compressor is equipped with control devices and safety.
