The power engineering plant specializes in production of heaters and pipe systems (bunches) to them for heating and water-heating systems in housing and communal services. Pipe systems for software 2-17-7-2 are carried out in two options: from the smooth and pro-thinned-out tubes.

KEY FEATURES OF PIPE SYSTEMS FOR HEATERS
Pipe systems (pipe bunches) represent the tubes from brass (L-68) or stainless steel (12X18H10T) with flange caps collected in packages in parallel each other. Between tubes there is a free space allowing steam to wash all surface of heat exchange that promotes the most effective transfer of thermal energy.
Pipe systems for software are carried out in two options: from the smooth and pro-thinned-out tubes. The first bunches are more easy-to-work, but their coefficient of a thermolysis is less, than at the pro-thinned-out pipe bunches. On a smooth surface at a quiet current there is a wall layer of almost motionless liquid.
In order to avoid it on an internal surface of a tube cause special roughnesses (turbulizers). A stream, getting on an uneven wall in pipe systems of heaters, changes the direction, substituting them new, not heated layers. Thus, a wall of a pipe bunch of the heat exchanger, cooling down, transfers heat on the heated Wednesday quicker.
That is at the same external dimensions of the heat exchanger (boiler) it is possible to transfer bigger amount of energy, having replaced smooth tubes with pro-thinned out.
