Pipe of copper 3/8 9.53х0,81 mm

The copper tube is delivered in bays (in the annealed state) or in bars (seamless hire). The ends of pipes are closed by the caps preventing hit in inside dust, dirt, insects, waters. Each bay has tight polyethylene packing.

Extent of cleaning of 99,9%: Cu> 99,97%, P <0,028% that allows a copper pipe to maintain differences of temperatures in working conditions with various coolants (freon). Production meets the standard for the refrigerator pipe ASTM B-280 (requirements of this standard answer ISO-9002, EN 12735).

For reliable operation of conditioners and refrigerating systems the right choice of diameter of copper pipes is very important for coolant (freon). On the one hand, diameter has to be rather big to reduce losses of pressure, and with another – the maximum diameter is limited to the necessary speed of coolant for ensuring return of oil. These requirements are met by a wide choice of diameters.

The size (diameter and thickness of a wall) of a copper pipe from 1/4" (6,35 mm) to 4.1/8" (104,78 mm).

The particular emphasis should be placed on thickness of walls of a copper pipe: minimum – 0,71mm for a pipe with a diameter of 1/4" with increase for other sizes and 2,79 mm for 4.1/8" pipes.

All copper pipe soft, convenient in work, it is easy to solder, bend it, it maintains repeated rolling.

Connect copper pipes usually by means of a copper fitting (fasonina) and special copper-phosphorus solder to the content of silver from 2 to 40%.
