Pellets are a special type of biofuel which is made from organic waste - wood, peat, pod and other waste of the woodworking and agricultural industry.

Pellets can go on sale and after additional processing - roasting without access of oxygen at a temperature about of 250 — 300gradusov. Such type of fuel is called torrefitsirovanny, or biocoal. These pellets differ in black color, unlike usual - white. Besides, black granules have some advantages before white: they are more firm to moisture, are not scattered, are not subject to rotting and development of a mold, besides, they have higher parameters of burning and educations of heat. Researches prove: if the ton of usual firewood at combustion emits 2,5-3 kWh of thermal energy, then ton pellet - 3,5-4 kWh.

The principle of production of this solid fuel is identical to any applied raw materials: waste in the special crushing equipment is crushed to a condition of powder, weight is dried up also in the special press granulator and contracts in separate granules. At the same time it is not applied any additional sticking together substances: the lignin which is contained in organic chemistry which in the course of production of fuel is softened acts as glue. The ready-made product turns out friable, separate granules do not stick together among themselves. That is why sale pellet, and also their transportation and use does not represent any complexity. There is one more important fact explaining rather large number of persons interested to buy pellets : this solid biofuel does not contain foreign impurity in the form of dust and will never cause allergic reactions in residents of the house.
