1. APPOINTMENT

The saw (length 6,6m) is intended to PS with a bar of universal ShU - 6,6 for cutting of boughs and branches of trees at height to 7,0m, and also near the operating VL 0.4 - 10kB. when using in common of a bar of ShU - 6,6 and additional links - bars of ShchUS - 6,6, universal with an insert, increasing the total length of a saw, it is possible to make cutting of boughs and branches of trees from the earth at the height up to 7: 0¼, including along the route VL of 0,4 - 10 kV. In this case the rated voltage of a design of bars has to correspond to the rated voltage of VL.

PS saw design with a bar of ShU - 6,6 is presented in Fig. 1:

2. DELIVERY SET

2.1. A saw PS - 1 piece;

2.2. ShU - 6,6 bar - 1 piece;

2.3. The maintenance instruction (passport) - 1 piece;

2.4. A cover for laying - 1 piece.

3. SPECIFICATIONS

3.1. Saw weight with ShU - 6,6 bar no more, kg - 7,0

3.2. Design length with a bar 1 TsU - 6.6 no more, m - 5,5

3.3. Diameter of the cut boughs no more, mm - 150

Marking on rushes on a bar with the indication of a class of tension and lengths of a bar:

- bar of ShU - 6,6 of a plant louse of a saw of PS:

- number of a bar;

- date of production.

4. MARKING

The present passport extends to a saw for cutting of boughs of trees of PS

(further - a saw), defines appointment, a design, technical characteristics, marking and maintenance of a saw.

5. MAINTENANCE

5.1. Maintenance of a bar of ShU - 6,6 has to be carried out according to "Service regulations of electroprotective equipment".

5.2. Operational tests of a bar are carried out in the laboratories certified and accredited in accordance with the established procedure, once

in 12 months in the following volume:

- survey; Fig. 1

- electric tests of the isolating part of a bar.

6. MEASURES FOR SAFETY MEASURES

6.1. Operation of a bar of ShU - 6,6 are carried out according to "Service regulations of electroprotective equipment". Kiev. 2001 and this RE.

6.2. At operation of a bar it is necessary:

- to avoid falling and blows;

- to avoid a direct hit of moisture;

- to store and transport only in a cover.

6.3. At a scrap of boughs and branches the electrician needs to take the measures preventing falling of the cut boughs and branches on it and other workers (it is necessary to apply a protective helmet and points).

6.4. During the works near the operating VL higher than 1 kV it is necessary to use dielectric gloves. At the same time it is necessary to hold only the bar HANDLE. It is forbidden to concern the isolating part of a bar.

6.5. It is forbidden to perform works with use of a saw of PS near the operating VL during snow, a rain and fog.

6.6. It is forbidden to operate ShU - 6.6 bar for a saw of PS expired.

7. RULES OF TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE

7.1.1 Saws of PS and a bar of ShU - 6,6 are packed into covers and transported by all means of transport on condition of protection them from direct influence of an atmospheric precipitation and mechanical damages.

7.2. Storage of bars and saws in covers at a temperature of air is allowed 5 °C are not lower + , it is not above + 35 °C also of relative humidity to 85% at a temperature + 25 "Page.

7.3. Indoors for storage should not be ached, vapors of acids, alkalis and other harmful impurity. At the same time it is necessary to take all measures preventing process of corrosion of a surface of a saw.

7.4. It is necessary to avoid hit of direct sunshine on a surface of bars.
