PEBA wire

Wires with paper aramide isolation of PEBA are applied to production of windings of electrical machines. Wires in the impregnated state are intended for operation at a temperature up to 180 °C. The lower value of temperature at operation minus 60 °C.

The wire of PEBA is made of a round wire, copper with enamel two-layer isolation, with a temperature index 200, the PETD2-200 brands which is in addition isolated by tapes of synthetic aramide Nomex paper subsequently. It is intended for products with the maximum thermal and mechanical loads. Possesses the increased heat resistance, high mechanical durability.
