The production capacity allows monthly production of up to 3 thousand tons of products.

Vacation is carried out in bags of 40 kg in batches of 21 tons.

Pea flour - a water - insoluble powder of light cream color with a particle size of not more than 45 microns. It is a valuable hypoallergenic (gluten - free) product of the mechanical processing of dried yellow peas.

Pea flour produced using the unique method of “dry” air classification preserves all the useful substances of the feedstock: macro, microelements, vitamins A, B, C, D and E, amino acids and so on. It has high gelling ability, low gelatinization temperature and is suitable for long - term storage.

Благодаря гидрофильным свойствам амилозы, содержание которой не менее 30% , продукт имеет ярко выраженную водосвязывающую способность.

Содержание протеина на а. с. в. не менее 15%

Содержание углеводов на а. с. в. не менее 75%

За счёт большого содержания углеводов обладает высокой обменной энергией и высокой усвояемостью аминокислот. Муку гороха можно применять в качестве альтернативы полножирной сои, кукурузы, подсолнечного жмых а и шрота.
