Description

Installation is intended for pasteurization of liquid foodstuff in the closed flow from reserve capacities for the purpose of the termination of life activity of pathogenic forms of bacteria, such as bacteria of typhus, tuberculosis, colibacillus, Bang's disease and heatresistant microbes with the subsequent recuperative cooling of product or with use of section of cooling up to the temperature of the subsequent technical process.
All parts of pasteurizer contacting with product, also as well as external surface of the equipment, are made from stainless steel.
Specialists of JSC ATT_S develop the software for different recipes and technology processes with fast readjustment. I.e. it is enough to operator to choose on the panel in the menu of the What Product task it will be made and installation independently will come to operating mode of temperatures and productivity according to algorithm. In the beginning installation will disperse on water, then will pass to product. After the termination of product there will be pushing out of product water and rinsing. At connection of POU to the VULTURE to sink there will be automatic sink of pastustanovka and "STOP". It agrees convenient ON the operator can create independently additional algorithm of work of installation for new product.
Application of the universal automated pastustanovka allows to increase quality of products and as much as possible to reduce influence of human factor.
According to the existing standards of pastustanovka provide automation of control, regulation and record of temperature and position of the switching valves.
There is opportunity data transmission on the external computer (the technologist, the master, accounts department, etc.) with the subsequent viewing and printout of archive.

On the instructions of the Customer of pastustanovka of POU with SATTI controllers can be built easily in the PCS manufacturing system.
