Production of disk colter according to drawings of the customer for cutting of rubber, adhesive tape, film, insulating tape is possible...

1. The disk is made of steel of brand 80CrV2 DIN 1.2235 or similar.

2. Diameter of knife is up to 610 mm.

3. The size of landing opening of knife is made according to the drawing of the customer.

4. Thickness of knife is up to 4,76 mm.

5. Hardness of knife of HRC of 58-60 units.

6. Axial beating on the outer diameter of 0,1 mm and less.

7. Maximum deviations of the sizes of knife no more:

- diameter + 1,5 mm

- thickness +;-0,2 mm

- diameter of landing opening + 0,1 mm

or according to drawings of the customer.
