Check by a magnet - take an ordinary magnet and apply to the pans or a gastroyemkost. If the magnet stuck, you have not a food stainless steel 18/10 and some less qualitative steel.

18/10 is meant by 18% of chrome and 10% of nickel. if the magnet stuck, there is no nickel in your ware and it easily becomes covered by spots from food (strawberry, beans) and can rust even from washing with aggressive detergents
If there is no nickel, then you were lied in eyes when upon purchase said to you that your ware from food stainless steel 18/10
If there is no nickel, then metal twice cheaper than stainless steel 18/10, and not more qualitatively
