General description: The palm stearin refined bleached deodorized is a firm fraction which is formed in the course of fractionation of palm-oil after process of crystallization at a certain temperature.

Scope of application: it is applied in production of margarine and fatty production,       to process of a pereeterifikation, in products with complex fatty structure in production of soap and detergents.

Advantages in use:

- in compoundings for specialized margarine and fats;

- for process of a pereeterifikation when receiving high-quality substitutes of milk fat;

- for production high-quality washing and cosmetics;

- for production of instant products (for roasting of vermicelli);

- for production surfactant, food emulsifiers;

Organoleptic indicators:

Consistence at a temperature of 20 °C: firm, uniform in all weight.

Color: from white to white with a yellowish shade.
