Packing from expanded polystyrene are made by two methods:
Formation: This method production of packing with high consumer characteristics. The construct of packing is developed according to requirements of the customer. Formation is necessary for packing production by method: to develop construct of packing (project) and a proivzodstvo of a compression mold under packings.
Cutting: It is cut packing or products a mill, 2 - D and 3 - D cuttings. The equipment allows to make "cut" packing and products of expanded polystyrene with an accuracy of 0,3 mm, at the same time, the maximum dimensions of monolithic products make: 1000х1200х3000 mm.

Expanded polystyrene (polyfoam, the made foam polystyrene, EPS) possesses a set of useful properties thanks to which it can be considered as the best material for packing of the most different types of products.
Protective properties
Strong and shockproof packing from expanded polystyrene reliably protects from mechanical damages and keeps ideal appearance of a product.
Heat insulation
Packing from expanded polystyrene completely protects a product from temperature influence. Necessary temperature in packing remains a long time. Therefore expanded polystyrene is widely used for transportation and storage of the cooled fish, fruit, and also for cultivation of plants.
Property of lightweight
EPS consists of 98% of air, it does it by very light material. Therefore use it for packing is practically not added to the weight of the packed goods. It in turn means that consumption of energy resources is lower, than with heavier packing materials. Reduction of consumption of energy resources means that impact on global warming decreases.
Universal properties
EPS can take any form what is necessary to execute protection of a product or requirement of isolation. Expanded polystyrene can be used as protection of heavy and bulky products, and for protection of valuable and small - sized products.
