JOSS-S – new modification of the professional Jet machine for grinding of curvilinear edges by means of the rotationally oscillatory movement of an abrasive sleeve. The model has the updated design which allowed to improve appearance and a number of important operational characteristics. The space under a table is fenced with a corrugated dust-collecting casing. The mechanism of adjustment of provision of a desktop allows to incline it in both parties: in one by 15 degrees, in another on 45. The basis serves not only a support, but also a compartment for storage of spindles and sleeves. The machine is completed with the engine of big power and the oscillation (oscillatory) mechanism in an oil bathtub that together provides reliability and long service life.
Completeness of use of a resource of abrasive sleeves, productivity and quality of grinding are reached due to the combined rotary and oscillating movement of a spindle. The vertical course at the same time makes 38 mm. The machine has a massive design of floor execution with a big table. The main details are executed cast of cast iron that provides good absorption of vibrations and, as a result, high quality of grinding.
The standard complete set includes 10 grinding spindles with a diameter from 6 to 100 millimeters, and also ring inserts in a desktop with a round and oval opening (for work in the inclined provision of a table). An expendable material – abrasive sleeves – are offered from the warehouse Jet in wide assortment.
