Control unit of a BUO-02 gas odorizator
Appointment
BUO is intended for use as a part of an automatic control system odorizatory ODDK-02 as the programmable device operating process of odorization, providing to service personnel access to information on the course of process of odorization and numerical values of its measured and calculated parameters.
BUO represents the distributed control system consisting of two functional modules: operating and executive. The operating module settles down in instrumentation and automated control systems or operator, and the executive module is in the odorization block. Communication between modules is carried out on the consecutive RS-485 interface.
The block carries out the following functions:
functioning of distributed control system, by the organization of exchange of information for the communication line with the intelligent sensors and modules of local automatic equipment installed on ODDK;
the control of modules of local automatic equipment, control of intelligent sensors, control of a condition of discrete entrance signals of the ODDK local automatic equipment corresponding to algorithm of work as ODDK;
automatic obtaining the current value of a consumption of gas under the relevant protocol from the device of measurement of a consumption of gas or the top level of automation;
calculation of a weight dose of an odorant depending on value of an instant consumption of the gas received from the device of calculation of a consumption of gas or from the top level of automation;
exchange of information with the top level of automation (in further VU) on the RS-485 interface with use of the ModBus RTU protocol;
display of full information on a condition of ODDK, about the odorization process course, the key numerical and calculated parameters on the graphic touch panel;
input from the touch panel of the operator and execution of teams of start, a stop, testing of ODDK, reprogramming of parts of distributed control system of ODDK;
change from the panel of the operator of key parameters of process of odorization of gas, parameters of interfaces and protocols of an exchange with devices of measurement of a consumption of gas and VU;
formation of the discrete information signals signaling about emergence on ODDK of non-staff situations in the form of short circuits with loading to 5 A at a voltage of direct current up to 30B and tension of alternating current to 220B;
collecting and preservation of statistics of work of ODDK and its components, including: a resource of valves, a resource of the dosing pump, total amount of odorirovanny gas, mass of the used odorant;
formation and maintaining archive of non-staff situations of ODDK.
