The Nitkoshveyny automatic machine BNSh-6A is intended for sewing together of book blocks on gauze and without gauze. The machine sews notebooks in blocks three types of stitches: simple broshyurny and binding, difficult binding. Sewing using radicular material is provided. It allows to receive quality products and different consumer properties - from pocket editions to large-format and volume dictionaries.
The machine is made on the basis of design of sewing base which is checked by long-term operating experience. The new node of alignment of notebooks is entered and number of nodes and parts which have allowed to improve quality of sewing is modernized.
The microprocessor control system of the machine provides control of executive mechanisms according to the entered technology program of sewing together of book blocks: quantity of notebooks, single stitches, gluing together options, use of radicular material. The operator only loads packs of the picked-up notebooks into shop of the feeder unit, controls process of sewing and removes finished goods from the output conveyor.
The difficult mechanics of interaction of large number of cyclic mechanisms is provided with cams which are made of high-strength cast iron on exact Swiss copy milling machines. It excludes vibrations of the machine and provides interaction of mechanisms of the sewing device with high stability. For years the fulfilled manufacturing techniques of exact parts of the sewing device using heat treatment ensure its stable functioning for all types of stitches.
All dangerous zones are closed by casings and transparent barriers which have blocking, provide convenient and safe operation of the machine. The enterprise provides stable delivery of spare parts to the entire period of operation of the machine.
