Alginate Oligosaccharide:

Alginate oligosaccharide(AOS) , whose degree of polymerization is from 2 to 20, is an oligosaccharide consisting of α-L-guluronic acid (G) and β-D-mannuronic acid (M). It is derived from degrading algin which extracted from laminaria.

AOS could supply Glucose and Mannose of the eighth essential sugars for human body, so it's very suitable to be added to health food.

Moreover, in view of Alginate Oligosaccharide's characteristics and bioactivities,it has been wildly applied in pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, foods, agriculture, feedstuffs, and cosmetics as a new nature functional ingredient.
