Welded grating is a versatile floor covering for heavy loads. Produced in accordance with STO 23083253 - 002. Welded flooring can often be found in the following objects:
- industrial enterprises;
- objects with high traffic;
- warehouse complexes.
The flooring is made of structural carbon steel of ordinary quality. The material complies with GOST 380 - 2005 and is marked with a combination of the letters St and a number from 0 to 6. The numbers indicate the grade number, the higher the carbon content, the larger the number. The letters B and C in the marking are groups of steels. If the letter is not specified, then the steel by default belongs to group A. To indicate the degree of deoxidation, combinations of the letters “sp” (calm steel), “ps” (semi - calm), “kp” (boiling) are added. After these designations, there may be a number - the category of normalized properties (except for the first category).
Steel groups:
- group A - steels for products produced without hot working;
- group B - steels for products manufactured using hot working. Can be forged, welded;
- group B - the most expensive steel of the three groups, an excellent material for critical parts, for example, welded structures.
