Mupnprednaznachen's installation for creation of emulsions of oil products and different additives and modifiers, steady against stratification.

· Productivity (in ^m3/h of a ready emulsion) - 35 ^m3/h;

· The maximum consumed electric power of 45 kWh;

3. Design

Installation represents the warmed module container with entrance group the sizes of 6,0/2,5/2,4 m having a metal welded framework and separated into 2 rooms. In the first room there are an electric boiler of local heating, a cabinet of an automatic control system and 2 terminal boxes. In the second room there is an UKG14-35 installation consisting of an account tank of the modifier No. 1, the pump of supply of solvent of the modifier No. 1, the dosing pump of the modifier No. 1, the filter and the pump of the doser of the modifier No. 2, the filter of thin cleaning of a basic component, pressure head pumps for mix supply, and a kavitator (RAF). Rooms are heated by 6 radiators connected to a boiler of a local otpleniye. The account tank of the modifier is warmed up by the coil connected also to a heating boiler. For lighting flame-proof luminaires (1) with explosion-proof switches, lamps for common industrial lighting are used (3). At a module container there is a fire extinguishing system including: heat sensors, gas contamination sensors, raspryskivatel, tank of the dry powder fire extinguisher, system of automatic fire extinguishing.
