APPOINTMENT:

It is intended for longitudinal sawing up by round saws of two - three - a chetyrekhkantny bar up to 700 mm wide on boards and cutting of boards on preparations of the set thickness at the mechanized giving.

The machine is completed with not driving live rolls on an entrance and an exit. Giving of preparation is carried out by six driving rollers of the increased diameter. Stepless electronic adjustment of speed of giving allows to pick up the optimum mode of a pileniye. The machine is unpretentious in work, is installed on the flat concrete platform. The simple and reliable design allows to operate the machine in the two - shift mode without loss of quality of products.

It is applied to receiving high - quality timber at the enterprises and in shops of sawing production and to production of joiner's and construction products. It is recommended to use in sawing lines of average and high efficiency as the machine of the second row.

SAW SHAFT Are made of superficially strengthened steel which passed heat treatment is installed on dustproof high - class bearings of accuracy. Thanks to it the high resource of the unit is reached.

The COUNTERSUPPORT of the SAW SHAFT Is executed on the self - centered bearing, prevents a radial beating of a saw shaft.

The SYSTEM of REMOVAL of SAWDUST (the LENTOCHNYY CONVEYOR) Provides effective removal of sawdust from a cutting zone that positively affects quality of the received production and a resource of the tool.

LIVE ROLLS ON the ENTRANCE AND the EXIT In basic execution the machine is completed with two live rolls on 3 meters (on an entrance and at the exit)
