MTV modular heatsystem
with the water heat carrier, treats the heatgenerators working at organic firm types of fuel. It is intended for heating of water to 95 °C and to application in systems of heating of buildings and constructions. It is executed taking into account requirements to the processing equipment working in the continuous mode without replacement of details. It is made according to TU U 30955139.001-2000.
In MTV coppers the heat carrier is water which passes through the tubular heat exchanger under pressure. It pays off separately for each of systems of heat supply and is created by the pump. Coppers are completed with knots iskro-grit arresters which are a necessary condition when using this equipment on production bases of a woodworking.
This thermal system is a source of thermal energy and are applied as a part of autonomous heatpoints to heat supply of blocks of drying chambers of all types, heating of production and administration premises.
Application of this type of the boiler equipment as source of thermal energy allows to lower costs of energy carriers to a minimum, at the same time utilizing woodworking waste.
