Description:
The modular pasteurization and cooling lamellar automated installation for MPOU - 3 milk is intended for pasteurization and cooling of milk in the continuous thin layer closed stream at automatic control and regulation of technological process. The MPOU - 3 installation works in the automatic or manual mode. The heatexchange device on the basis of a plate FUNKE (Germany).
