Mobile complex for sorting of municipal solid waste from Ukrainian manufacturer Ltd. "System warehouse modernization. " This pilot project is intended to reduce pollution of the environment due to destruction of natural ranges. The main advantage of the line is not attached to a particular place, all equipment installed in the trailer big rigs and easily moved by a tractor or towing vehicle to the nearest location, or polygon sorting. Perfect for OTG as they are often more than 10 settlements and several landfills.
The line includes:
1. The loading conveyor with the sliding receiving hopper, the volume of 1 m3 (calculated under the bucket).
2. Drum separator for separating biological fraction of fine or construction waste that is not recyclable.
3. Vents conveyors for transporting organics.
4. The sorting table, with the people - jobs sorters (complex is designed for working 6), and openings for discharge of sorted fractions.
5. Magnetic Separator that is used for the selection of metals.
