The Belarus-132H mini-tractors are issued at the Smorgon modular plant, the large enterprise which is a part of production association the Minsk tractor plant and which is the only thing in Belarus the producer of the mini-equipment for rural and municipal services, farmer and homestead farms.
The Belarus-132H mini-tractor - the universal multipurpose car capable on the small land plots to perform a wide range of agricultural and municipal works, such, for example, as a plowed land of easy soils, a boronovaniye and cultivation, interrow processing of potatoes and beet, introduction of mineral fertilizers, a mowing of herbs, cleaning of streets and territories from garbage and snow, filling of holes and trenches. The mini-tractor can be used to transportation of freights, and also to various works with use of stationary units and installations with the drive from VOM, for example, of woodworking units, pumps.

Belarus-132H has the drive on all four wheels. If necessary the back bridge can be disconnected. Important feature of the design which is favourably distinguishing the Belarusian mini-tractor is existence pivotally - the jointed frame at the expense of what high maneuverability and passability of the car, the smaller radius of turn is reached that is especially important during the work in the conditions of limited space, for example, in greenhouses or on livestock farms. The design provided also functions of interwheel blocking of differential of the forward bridge, regulation of a track of wheels (600, 700, 840 mm).
The mini-tractor is equipped with the petrol Honda engine power: 9.6 kW (13 hp). On the tractor the mechanical step transmission is installed (number of transfers of the forward course 4, a backing 3).
The clutch coupling is frictional, multidisk, constantly closed, working in an oil bathtub.
VOM 2-speed, dependent (1000, 3000 rpm) and synchronous (4.9, 13.3 rpm of a way).
