Description
Hoist engines with one cylindrical cutting drum (TsR type) are applied to single-layer coiling of a rope on dvukhskipovy and two-cage hoisting, and also to odnososudny rises with a counterbalance. Distinctive feature of the machine one-drum with a cylindrical cutting drum is that this machine ensures simultaneous functioning of the hoisting unit from several horizons between which distance is defined by the working length of a rope on adjustable part of a drum.
For fast adjustment of length of ropes at their extract or a stump on testing and for fast change of the horizons, one drum - jammed connects to shaft by means of bolted connections, and another - adjustable - by means of a spring and pneumatic uncoupler device of toothed type.
The lower rope, for fortified on the jammed part of a drum, can be cast only to a section, i.e. to adjustable part of a drum. The upper rope fixed on adjustable part of a drum passes through a section to the jammed part of a drum.
The hoist engine should be established rather koprovy pulleys so that the axis of the plane of rotation of a koprovy pulley of an upper rope has been displaced on 100 - 150 mm from the plane of a section of drums towards the jammed part of a drum, than normal transition of a rope through a section from adjustable part of a drum on jammed is provided.
Machines can have the right or left arrangement of the drive, at the same time their design does not differ (the left part of a drum - jammed right - adjustable), but in both cases the right rope should be upper, and left - lower.
Hoist engines like TsR can be completed with radial and block or disk brakes.
