In construction of various water supply systems, gas pipelines, lines of special communication there are problems on overcoming of the natural and artificial barriers arising on the way. It can be automobile also the railroads, earth embankments, the built buildings and constructions. And not each construction organization implementation of similar work in power. In Ukraine at the moment our company - one of the few, actively and successfully applying such a little used bestransheyny laying of any communications. After our work there is no need of restoration of the dug-up roads and railway tracks. We do not dig "entrenchments", we press through underground cases and we lay adits.
And in what a trick from a soil puncture?:)
The method of breakdown of a steel case which is considered traditional in bestransheyny construction carries out pass of any natural or artificial barriers. It allows to carry out punctures of the sizes to 70 meters. Diameter of an opening fluctuates within 1000-1400 mm. The scope of a convenient method is wide: it can be iron also highways, earth embankments, various buildings and constructions. For implementation of punctures the steel cases and double hydraulic jacks working with effort of 200-400 tons are used. Replaceable productivity of these works - to 10 meters.
The continuing broad application of punctures in underground construction is explained by a number of essential advantages. An opportunity to do in the course of laying of openings without any expensive equipment does the cost of this work low. In a face there is always a person who exercises control of work and correction of the direction of the movement. It has an opportunity and to observe that on the way of a driving the communications which for any reasons are not taken in attention in the course of design were not damaged.
We apply also breakdown of a steel case, and we carry out laying of adits. When using the second method jacks are not applied to a road puncture. Walls of "adit" fasten with application special metal and wooden krepezhy. In both cases: both at breakdown of punctures, and at construction of adits, selection of soil is made manually.
