Milk acceptance module Zh5-Plava-OP-KO with a capacity of 1,000 to 10,000 l / h

Milk acceptance module is equipment designed for milk acceptance, primary cleaning from mechanical impurities and air removal, metering and cooling of incoming milk.

The module is mounted on a stainless steel frame. The module includes a coarse filter, a deaeration tank, a product feed pump, a flow meter, and a plate cooler. For finer milk purification, the receiving module can be equipped with a milk separator or a separator for removing bacteria.

Module control is automated based on pneumatic valves and is carried out from a single control panel.

Data on cooling temperature, productivity, vacuum level are displayed on the operator panel.

The main technological operations performed by the acceptance module:

• milk purification from mechanical impurities using a filter or milk separator or separator to remove bacteria;
• measuring the amount of milk taken;
• removing air from the milk taken;
• keeping a log of the module in real time;
• work in the mode of a given productivity;
• washing the module from an existing CIP station;
• control of the main parameters of work - volume, temperature, productivity.

If necessary, the modules can be equipped with a remote access system, modules for interfacing with a PC, modules for integration into the existing enterprise management system.

It is also possible to maintain a database of suppliers, taking into account the qualitative and quantitative indicators of the milk received.
