Description
It is the reinforced membrane which is welded by means of hot air. It is a single-layer, thermoplastic polymeric membrane which intends for arrangement of new roofs and reconstruction of old. Its basis approximately for 90% is the special polymeric qualitative rubber supplemented by the softeners, pigments, stabilizers and other substances allowing to improve physical properties and duration of resistance to bad weather conditions.
Constancy of the sizes of a membrane is reached by use of fiber glass which is between the lower and top layers of PVC. The membrane of Sure-Flex reinforced by PVC has rather smooth surface thanks to what durability of a welded seam is guaranteed and the strong monolithic waterproof cloth is created.
Thickness of a membrane makes 2,03, 1,52, or 1,27 mm, a coloring of cloths traditionally white that guarantees high ability to reflection. Available also membranes of gray and beige shades. According to your application the firm Carlisle has an opportunity to make a membrane of other color.
