MARINADE HUNGARIAN A II/MARYNATA WTGIERSKA A II

The Vkusoaromatichesky food concentrate in powder applied in meat - and a ptitsepererabotka for preparation of foodstuff before heat treatment, for pridaniyay unique taste, aroma and tenderness. Considering the unique composition based on dried vegetables and seasonings with a gentle note of a paprika, marinade is especially recommended for products from fowl, pork and go-
vyadina. The product can be dissolved in water or vegetable oil.

Way of a dosage and use:
To strew the prepared meat raw materials with a concentrate or to pickle during 8 till 12 o'clock in in advance prepared marinade on the following compounding:
• To add 1 part of a concentrate to 4 parts rastitel-
leg of oil or water.
• To mix everything.
• To dose 30-40g a concentrate on 1 kg of raw materials or
150-200g ready marinade on 1 kg of raw materials.
• To subject to heat treatment.
Functional properties of a product:
• gives to finished products characteristic, postoyan-
ny taste and aroma,
• ready marinade should be stored in refrigerating
conditions.
