The automatic upgraded MAK-SU(Ts) switchboard is intended for automatic inclusion and shutdown of external lighting depending on the level of natural illumination.
The device can be used for management of lighting of territories, railway stations, landing platforms, stopping points, moving, plants, warehouses, entrances of houses and other objects of industrial and civil function
The automatic machine is installed outwardly, and can be operated in any weather conditions at ambient temperature from minus 50 to plus 70 C and relative humidity of 100% at 40C. The MAK-SU(M) automatic switchboard has a number of the original circuitry and constructive decisions allowing to improve significantly in comparison with analogs, its tactical technical characteristics. The principle of operation of the device is based on microprogram management of inclusion/shutdown of lighting depending on the level of natural illumination of the integrated photosensor. The MAK-SU(Ts) automatic switchboard has fourteen, previously established levels (thresholds) of natural illumination at which there is an inclusion and switching off of external lighting. For convenience of work they are broken into two ranges on seven thresholds. Installation of thresholds of operation is carried out by the clock button.
Application in the power supply of the device of a specialized chip of the high-voltage DC-DC converter allowed to increase significantly device efficiency, and, respectively, considerably to reduce its energy consumption.
The case of the automatic machine is manufactured of metal and has a corrosion-resistant coating that substantially increases reliability and durability of the device, and also guarantees reliable electromagnetic shielding of the scheme of the automatic machine, subjects protecting the device from the powerful electromagnetic splashes which are not seldom arising in contact networks.
The exception of a subjective factor, i.e. transition from manual to automatic control mode by lighting, allows to save 25 - 30% of the consumed electric power.
