Magnetic deshlamator of MD - 5A, MD - 9A, MD - 12A are intended for desludging, a condensation and classification of silnomagnitny ores by fineness of 1 - 0 mm. at contents in food of a firm product of 12 - 28% .

The principle of work of magnetic deshlamator is as follows:

Initial material in the form of a pulp on the feeding trench comes to a loading tank and via the magnetizing devices - to a tub. The particles processed by a magnetic field connect in groups and intensively settle on a tub bottom, and easier particles of slimes emerge and on a drain trench are removed from technological process in tails. A rake, rotating, move the material (sand) which accumulated on a tub bottom to the unloading device.
