The Bankomoyechny car is intended for shpritsevalny rinsing and steaming of cans and bottles. The device allows to make a sink and sterile processing of a container before its filling by a product.
The equipment is made of stainless steel.

Device

The car for a sink of bottles and cans consists of the following main parts:
- the priyemo - giving device;
- initial and final perevorachivatel on one type of cans;
- bathtub of washing and steaming.
As the drive three motor - reducers of SITI (Italy) are used. The frequency LENZE converter (Germany) provides stepless regulation of productivity.
The conditioner of bottles and cans can be in addition completed with a rotary and accumulative table of N1 - SPR for accumulation and giving of a container to its priyemo - giving device or for reception and packing of already washed out bottles and cans.
Principle of work

The container, a neck up, arrives on the conveyor of the priyemo - giving device and under the influence of maple belts, with adjustable effort, the perevorachivatel forces the way through initial. Having turned on 180o a container, a neck down, comes to a bathtub of washing and steaming in which both a sink of bottles (cans), and their sterile processing the ferry is carried out by means of special nozzles.
Further the capacities which are washed out outside and inside, sterilized pass through final a perevorachivatel where they turn over in a starting position.
Upon transition from one type of a container to another, it is necessary:
To replace initial and final perevorachivatel.
To adjust the provision of the top and lateral guides in a bathtub and the priyemo - giving device.
