The speed control in the machine is carried out by a drive (variator) with an adjustable rotation speed, which ensures the adjustable process of pitting in the range of 7.8 - 47 beats per minute. To set up and start the device, a hand wheel and a manual mode switch are installed on it. The brush and cutting unit have an independent drive. Uniform noiseless running of the chain is ensured by guide rollers and guides made of polyamide. Punches (knives), for extruding pits, are placed on the punch holder, which moves along the guide racks.
Pits Removal Process:
After the washer, fruit fruits fall into the receiving unit, directly onto the pitting plates. Fruits that do not fall into the holes of the plates are swept back to the receiving unit with a brush. Intermittently moving plates with fruits gradually enter the stony removal position. The removed bones pass through the rubber cuffs and fall into the discharge screw conveyor. After removing the seeds, the fruits in the plates falling onto the ramp fall into the receiving container or onto the conveyor belt. Fruit stuck in the plates is pushed out by the plate with pushers mounted on it, placed on the back of the plates.
The unit is installed separately on the device, in order to ensure aesthetic removal of seeds from various fruits. Rotating circular knives of the cutting unit cut the fruits before the phase of extrusion of seeds. In the process of incision, the fruits are held in place by cylindrical support brushes. Knives for knocking out stones combined with dividing knives remove bones, while dividing the fetus into two halves.
If necessary, a vibrating device with a separate electric drive can be installed on the machine. This node improves the aesthetics of the fruit after removing the seeds, helps to clean the fruits, removes possible small fruit chips, small remains of the seeds.
Plate Hole Dimensions:
1. When processing cherries:
Holes are made with a tolerance of 4 mm. This means that if the diameter of the holes is 24 mm, then in such a plate bones from fruits with a diameter of 20 - 24 mm can be removed without problems. If the deviations are greater than this, then it is recommended to re - calibrate the cherry.
2. When processing plums:
Since the plum fruits are oval, it is recommended to install them perpendicularly, because only in this case we will get beautifully divided in half fruits. To do this, it does not hurt to observe the following:
- the maximum diameter of the fruit must match the diameter of the holes;
- the minimum diameter of the fruit is only 2 - 3 mm less than the diameter of the holes.
3. When processing apricots / peaches:
Apricots and peaches are the so - called non - orienting (not lying in a specific orientation) fruit varieties, therefore, from 15 - 20% of the fruits, the seeds are removed in an upright position, often the fruit splits in the lower part. Therefore, if a canned product with a beautiful aesthetic appearance is required, it is recommended to install a sorting line. The size of the holes should be selected according to the size of the large fruit. The maximum permissible deviation is 5 mm.
