The lock is intended for installation on pipelines.

Two types of saddle consolidations:

• A consolidation form "ring" which provides

full tightness (saddle consolidation can

to be pasted to the case for application in vacuum).

• A design with internal strengthening of synthetic

pitch allows to reduce the rotary moment.

The rod consists of two parts that allows to reduce considerably coefficient of loss of pressure,

thanks to the reduced thickness of a disk and its form, especially in small sizes from DN40 to DN100

diameters.

The disk passed special mechanical processing across the region that provides reduction

efforts and constancy of value of size of the rotary moment.

Strongly put rod. Laying on an axis from corrosion-proof steel is covered with PTFE.

10 bars under pressure of air supply in 6 bars.
