Loading unloading manipulators sharnirno-balansirny ShBM-150M.

The ShBM-150M Sharnirno-balansirny manipulator consists generally of the driving head established on the supporting design by means of the basic and rotary device providing turn of a head by 360 degrees. The driving head has the hinged arrow consisting of a shoulder and a hand. On the end of a hand the head of a skhvat is established. The head of a skhvat can rotate around a vertical axis. The handle installed on a head of a skhvat serves for management of the vertical movement of a head of a skhvat, and also for transfer of efforts of the worker to freight and an arrow at the horizontal movement of a head of a skhvat. On a head of a skhvat there is a clip serving for fixing of replaceable load gripping devices. On a driving head the rise mechanism drive consisting from the motor reducer and the rack device providing vertical movement of a head of a skhvat with freight is mounted. The speed control of vertical movement is made by the worker who at the same time has to turn the handle of management. At turn of the long end of the handle up - freight begins to move also up, at turn of the long end of the handle down - freight begins to move also down. Speed of the movement of freight depends on a handle angle of rotation. The lever system of an arrow of the manipulator is balanced by means of the spring device and designed so that movement of a head of a skhvat in the radial direction to basic rotary device and comes from it across (application the mechanism of a sharnirno-lever pantograph). Therefore movement of freight in the horizontal plane is carried out with the minimum efforts. The weight of freight is not felt. It is only necessary to overcome its inertia depending on weight and the sizes of freight. At an otpuskaniye the worker of the handle of management, she under the influence of a spring is established in neutral horizontal position. Freight at this moment stops and kept by the rise mechanism as much as necessary long. Radial and tangential movement of a head of a skhvat does not happen, and freight remains on a back point of space. The basic and rotary device and a head of a skhvat are assembled on rolling bearings therefore rotation of freight around an axis of a head of a skhvat and rotation of an arrow with freight around an axis of the basic and rotary device demand the minimum efforts. The manipulator allows to serve a zone.
Fastening of load gripping adaptation on a head of a skhvat rigid therefore fixing of freight on the console (is possible at some reduction of loading capacity) that gives the chance to use the manipulator to service of the suspended containers, machines, press, furnaces and other technological and transport devices having the parts acting from above blocking a working zone. Application eletrotaly, the crane beams, the bridge cranes having a standard hummock suspension bracket of a hook holder in these cases is complicated or it is impossible.
