Liquid Ring Vacuum Pump

2BV series water ring vacuum pump is suitable for pumping air and steam. The suction pressure is up to 33mbar (abs) (97% vacuum degree). If transformer oil is used as the working fluid, these pumps are called oil ring vacuum pumps with suction pressure up to 6.7mbar (abs) (99% vacuum). Therefore, the oil ring vacuum pump can completely replace the reciprocating vacuum pump. When the liquid ring vacuum pump works for a long time under the condition closest to vacuum, in order to eliminate screams, it must be coupled with cavitation protection tube to protect the pump. When using a 2BV pump as a compressor, check the discharge pressure and select the appropriate motor power, as the motor power will increase with the discharge pressure.
