Description

Proteazol Expert Plus is a liquid protease obtained by deep fermentation of Bacillus Subtilis and intended for use in liquid detergents to remove protein contaminants.

Ingredients: protease, purified water, propylene glycol, sodium formate, 4 - formyl benzoic acid, container preservative.

Release form: liquid with moderate viscosity from light brown to dark brown, packed in plastic cans weighing 10, 25, 60 kg.

Mechanism of action

PROTEAZOL hydrolyzes peptide bonds in protein molecules of organic impurities, breaking them down to readily soluble peptides and amino acids, which are simply removed from clothing.

Efficiency

Proteazol Expert Plus is intended for use in compositions of liquid detergents to increase their detergency, contributing to a more effective removal of protein contaminants.

Working range pH 9.0 - 13.5.

Working temperature range 15 - 65 ° С.

Application procedure

Liquid synthetic detergents (LCMS) containing enzymes must be prepared in a specific manner. Before adding enzymes, all other components of the WMS should be mixed and dissolved, and the pH of the product should be adjusted to the required level. When adding liquid enzymes, the mixing temperature should not exceed 30 ° C.

First of all, the required amount of liquid protease is added to the ZhSMS, stirred for 10 - 15 minutes to stabilize, after which other enzymes are introduced.

The dosage of Proteazol Expert Plus depends on the type and composition of ZhSMS and can vary from 0.1 to 1.2 wt. % .

Precautions and first aid
