Purpose of lines of alkaline etching of LT-902

Lines of jet chemical processing are intended for processing of bilateral printed circuit boards in the course of receiving on them the carrying-out drawing of external layers.

On lines it is possible to carry out the following operations

• alkaline etching;
• photoresist removal;
• sour etching;

Lines are calculated for autonomous work and provide requirements to quality of processing of printed circuit boards on OST 107.460098.004.01-86.

Lines of etching provide high-performance precision sour and alkaline etching of printed circuit boards thanks to a design of the not littered system of dispersion providing uniform etching of payments, to the two-row roll conveyor providing uniform movement of payments, system of precision heating and maintenance of temperature. Cascade washing provides the minimum consumption of water on lines.

The LT-902 lines are completed from the following units

• working chamber;
• chambers of preliminary washing;
• chambers of cascade washing;
• transport unit;
• control panel.

Working chambers and chambers of cascade washing are made of polypropylene. From the units which are a part of the LT-902 line lines for show of photoresist, chemical preparation and other operations of jet chemical processing can be completed.
