Line cm-8 (3 ton)

The SM - 8 line is intended for processing of raw materials and receiving substrate blocks from which mushrooms oyster mushroom grow afterwards.

Productivity: 3 tons of substrate in 6 - 8 hours. The SM - 8 line includes the following equipment: - The substrate SM - 8 car - the TPS - 650 Conveyor - the Doser - PMSB - 1 - 5 Press - IS - 1 Straw cutter - Pnevmotransporter PT - 4 - System of automation of SAU Very short technology process: 1) If raw materials is straw, then it needs to be crushed by means of IS - 1 straw cutter. 2) On the PT - 4 pneumoconveyor the raw materials are loaded into drum of the substrate SM - 8 car. 3) Raw materials in the substrate SM - 8 car: - the ferry is processed - humidified - mixes up - 4 is cooled) Turned out substrate it is unloaded from SM - 8 in the TPS - 650 conveyor, by means of the doser the mycelium is brought. 5) From the TPS - 650 conveyor substrate gets to press of PMSB - 1 - 5 or PMSB 1 - 5A from which ready substrate blocks turn out. 6) Substrate blocks transport in the climatic camera mikotron in which they grow, and then fructify harvest of mushrooms. Exit of mushrooms from the substrate block of 20% of block weight.
