Level gages signaling devices ultrasonic UUS - 01 are a solution of a wide range of the tasks arising before services of automation and metrology on objects of oil - processing and chemical industry:
- measurement of level of liquids;
- measurement of speed of distribution of a sound in liquids and estimates of its average value taking into account change of temperature on tank height;
- measurement of level of commercial water;
- determination of the product density, average on volume;
- the scoping occupied by liquid according to the entered calibration table;
- definition of a temperature section on filling height;
- the alarm system of achievement of the extreme (set) filling levels on each tank and the reservoir park in general.
The level gage signaling device ultrasonic UUS - 01 is completed with various ultrasonic converters (sensors). The choice like the converter depends on an objective, and also on types, a configuration and ways of placement of tanks.
The level gage signaling device of ultrasonic UUS - 01 has no mechanical moving parts in a design of converters (sensors) that significantly increases service life and time of a time between failures.
Level gages signaling devices ultrasonic UUS - 01 are intended for continuous measurement of level by a contact and contactless method as in tanks with sound transparent liquids (pure oil products, the liquefied gas, oils, alcohol, solvents, water, etc. ), and in tanks for storage and transportation of dangerous chemicals (ammonia, chlorine, acid, alkalis, etc. ) a contactless method (through a wall of tanks).
